Full Terms & Conditions – Jazz Hands Peforming Arts x Made In Cobham Giveaway
1. Promoter
The promoter of this giveaway is Made In Cobham, in collaboration with Jazz Hands Performing Arts.
2. Eligibility
o Open to UK residents aged 18 or over at the time of entry.
o Employees or affiliates of Made In Cobham, Jazz Hands Performing Arts, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
o Internet access and a valid Instagram account are required.
3. How to Enter
o To enter, participants must:
1.  Follow @MadeInCobham and @JazzHandsPerformingArts on Instagram
2.   Like the giveaway post
3.  Tag at least one friend in the comments (each additional tag counts as one extra entry)
✨ Optional bonus entry: share the giveaway post to your story and tag both accounts.
o Entries that are incomplete, automated, or not compliant with these rules will be disqualified.
o No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
4. Entry Period
o The giveaway opens on Tuesday 7 October, 2025 and closes at 11:59 PM (UK time) on 21 October 2025.
o Entries received after this time will not be counted.
5. Prize Details
o One (1) winner will receive:
🎭 A Jazz Hands Performing Arts  £30 Gift Voucher
🛍️ A £30 Made In Cobham Gift Voucher
o The total prize is as stated and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash.
o The promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond their control make it necessary to do so.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
o The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received by the closing date.
o The draw will take place on 21 October 2025.
o The winner will be contacted via Instagram Direct Message from the official @Made_In_Cobham account.
o If the winner does not respond within 7 days, a new winner may be chosen.
o Proof of identity and eligibility may be required.
7. Publicity
o By entering, participants agree that their name or Instagram handle may be announced publicly and used in post-promotion publicity by the promoters (e.g. announcing the winner on social media).
8. Data Protection
o Personal data provided during the entry process will be used solely for administering this giveaway and will not be shared with third parties, except as required to fulfil the prize.

9. General
o The promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.
o The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

o By entering, participants release Instagram from any responsibility or liability related to the giveaway.
